JUNE 2013 - DECEMBER 2014

Next time I email you I'll be 21.

I can never do more for the Lord than He can do for me.
He has more blessings for me than I am willing to receive. I don't have room enough to receive all that Heavenly Father has in store for me. All the work I've done my whole mission, all the prayers I've said, are all coming together.

Is it believing is seeing? Or seeing is believing?

Friday the 12th:
We wake up at 4:30 to beat Boston traffic down to the temple. We arrive at the temple for an 8 o'clock session. We finish and head to the front of the temple to wait for people.
Sister Turley came!!
Megan from Hanover and her sister Aberash came and surprised me, along with MARIA THE IRISH LADY WE FOUND WHO IS NOW BAPTIZED. I had to peal her off of me.
I met JoAnne in the changing room, we just embraced each other for the longest time. It really was a heavenly reunion to see her there. She made it. She loved the temple. It was one of those moments where you realize your own nothingness, that every sacrifice you made was paid back to you one hundred times fold. Anything and everything I've gone through on my mission was worth this one reunion in the temple. It was all worth those moments we spent together. Seeing her eyes open to the realities of the Gospel and how close we really are to Heaven was incredible.

Chuck and Linda are going to be sealed in the temple September 12, 2015. On Friday, Chuck was baptized! We RACED home from the temple to get there in time. It was a small service, just simple. Sister Westling and I gave the talks. The simplest, most heartfelt testimonies are always the ones I learn from the most, and that was Chuck's. We've commit a lot of couples to pray together the past few weeks, and you can see their love grow. It's evident that couples NEED to pray together. Chuck and Linda love each other so much, their love it radiating from them like the cutest old couple I've ever seen in my life.

A while ago my mom gave me large print of genuine leather scriptures to hand out to someone on my mission. I've been tempted to give them away, but it hasn't felt right. It was RIGHT! Chuck's eyes showed it all - He is SO GRATEFUL. He loves the Book of Mormon. Oh what a moment! I don't know how to describe it all...

Sunday we had the Ortega family come to church. In a long, complicated string of events, we are now teaching this FAMILY. Sylvia is the mom, Jessy is the husband, and Ariez is the teenage daughter, they have another daughter, Bella, who is 3. We had an awesome lesson with them last night and they have AGREED TO BE BAPTIZED ON OCTOBER 19TH.

We had a really REALLY sacred experience with Chris and Jessica Smith, let's just put it this way - the Lord knows them. They are doing incredibly well. I love them. So much. I never want to leave.

It's the hardest thing in the WORLD seeing my companions prepare to go home. It scares me. I've never been much of an anxious person until my mission, but I feel so much anxiety watching them leave. It will be much harder to leave this than it was to come out here.

I feel like I'll be catching up on my sleep for the rest of my life. I am viscerally exhausted.

It's not miracles that change us, it's recognizing them that changes us.

HEAVEN feels like this

"I prayed last week for one simple thing for you... That your prays would be answered. A simple but honest pleading that all of your desires may come to pass." - Mom

"Your mom prayed in sacrament meeting today. It touched my heart. As she finished she choked up and said, "bless our missionaries with answers to their prayers." I for one add my faith to that sincere prayer for you all!" - A friend from the home ward (Yale Ward)

Thank you. Everyone who is praying for us. We are seeing this. Everything I have ever wanted is happening right before my eyes. It's overwhelming to see the evidence of God so blatantly before me.

I have seen the fruits of the Atonement. They are freeing, lifting, enabling, and so tangible. Everyone around us is changing, repenting, realizing that pure connection they have with their Father. They are being taught by the Spirit. Every time we see these people, they change. One powerful prayer when you realize someone is actually listening to you can change your life, it changed mine, it's changed the lives of plenty of people around me just this week.

I glory in God, I truly know that in Him I have the power to do all things. He can do anything.

I sat in my bed after praying this past week and took note at the full feeling I had in my heart. I had never taken the time to notice it before, but as I've been more aware of that, I've realized that it's something I feel all the time. It's this burning sensation that never leaves my chest. At times I feel it going through my entire SOUL (body and spirit). The Holy Ghost is a physical being, the soul is matter, because it fills me.

Chuck received the news that his son was diagnosed with MS. He opened his heart to God, felt him tangibly next to Him, then his prayers were answered the next day. When we visit him yesterday he leaned over to me and asked if it's ok to cry in your prayers, as a way of telling me that he's experiencing this power. I don't really know if his son really has MS or not, Heavenly Father knew it was an experience he needed to have to come closer to Him. Chuck is getting baptized Sept 12. He said "He's answered my prayers, it's about time I answer His." Linda, Chuck's wife, has been a member for as long as I've been alive waiting for her husband to make this decision. Heavenly Father has a timeline for each of us, and when it's our time, it's our time! The Spirit surpasses all understanding.

Sydney is off to Colorado.

With all that's in our schedule now, I feel like I am much better at prioritizing the important things. There isn't any time to teach people that aren't ready, I will find through the members and find with what little time we have, those who are prepared. People who are prepared are the people we are teaching. We had THREE DAYS dedicated to meetings and planning, plus PDAY, church, and exchange, I didn't spend any time in our area... YET I SAW SO MUCH HAPPEN IN THE TIME WE HAD. Really, we had maybe a few hours to proselyte this whole week. Time is so precious to me.

We gave four training's this week to the Augusta North and South Zones. We had SO MUCH TO COVER and half the time to cover it. We divided with the ZL's what we would train on, we were left with a bunch of topics that didn't go together at all... We ended up using the Song Called to Serve to bring them all together. We covered CLA's, Joseph Smith, social skills, church tours, and obedience ALL IN ONE. We sat for an hour trying to figure out how we were to do it, finally we dropped to our knees and prayed. After we prayed, Heavenly Father flooded us with revelation like we were standing under Niagra Falls. It came together so perfectly!! John Durham emailed me a cool quote last week that we wrote on a board and had them all sign at the end of the training. So. Cool.

Exchanges with Sister Kimball this week blew my mind. I love this sister so much. She came out one transfer ago, this is the first time she'd been in her own area alone. We worked HARD. It was nice to finally have time to go tracting! We invited 14 people to learn!! Sister Kimball and I took turns with everyone we saw. She handed out her first Book of Mormon!! She is incredible! I watched her grow in confidence as the day progressed. I think she realized that Heavenly Father really guides us in our planning, more than we know. She experienced that as she realized how He plans our schedule.

Chris and Jess are just straight from God. It's like He's opened my eyes to see His hand in EVERYTHING. They prayed together and read together as a family and progressed so much. Chris is agnostic, but I don't feel like he is anymore! It's quite incredible. Both of them are worried the other isn't going to be in it as much as the other is, but they are both just incredibly prepared. We plan on getting them a date on Saturday.

President Stoker came to church on Sunday to train our members (we are having a serious missionary kickoff with them during this 40 day fast). It was Chris's (Jess was at work, but she came for literally the first 15 minutes) first time staying for all three hours. He was just hanging with the branch, they LOVE THEM. They're more connected to the branch than they are to us, it was nice. President Stoker kept picking on him during the 3rd hour, asking him how he came in contact with us (people are shocked that we tract into them, it was awkward because President was teaching against that ha!). Keep in mind how incredible SHY Chris is! Jess is his mouthpiece. he was able to give the most open and sincere answers because he knew the whole entire congregation! It was unreal to see his real intent! THEY FEEL THE POWER OF GOSPEL PRINCIPLES!! I was scared because they were so new, and here we were talking all about how they came to be at church, missionary work. I was nervous. The Spirit surpassed my understanding as I prayed, that all would be ok. We do missionary work because of love, when we really come to understand charity, we will then share the Gospel.

Christ overcame all sin and temptation in His life because He understood love (Sister Westling taught me this). He has given us the Gospel to acquire Christ-like attribute to combat our weakness (not weaknesses - Ether 12:27) The greatest opposition we receive is the battle between the natural man, and our divine nature.

Do I even start with how much I love Sister Westling?? She helped me flip my first, unburned pancake on our nonfunctional frying pan. It just doesn't work! I cooked my own beans from a BAG, made Cafe Rio dressing (I am trunkie for one thing, and that is Cafe Rio), and today am making butter from raw milk (love New England farms), and a sourdough bread starter.

I'm starting to attribute a lot of the joy I feel and growth I'm seeing in myself to the scripture memorization. Being diligent with it and memorizing a scripture every day since January 1st hasn't been easy, but it's been so worth it. Every time I memorize a scripture it becomes a PART OF ME. I say this because I hope that if you are struggling spiritually, you might try it. Virtue will always garnish your thoughts if whenever you have an open moment you are memorizing a scripture... scriptures come into your heart by the power of the Holy Ghost, so then you can speak with the power of the Holy Ghost.

I think what's really happening is that my eyes are being opened to see the hand of the Lord. He is more involved in our lives than we will ever know. Nothing will surprise us more than to see our Father someday and how much we recognize Him, and hopefully how similar we are. I know that when I see Him, my relationship will be much stronger than when I left His presence. I know that I left His presence to come here to learn and grow, and to learn what Heaven is like. I feel like I know what Heaven feels like.

Love,
Sister Morgan

BUCKETS

Then out of nowhere, Heavenly Father saw it fit to DUMP BUCKETS OF BLESSINGS UPON OUR HEADS. Where do I even start... My head is spinning in 5,000 directions with the thought of having to place words to fit the experiences I am having. I'll repeat what Sydney said in the car home from an appointment: "the church must be true because it brings such real, raw emotions of joy."

The Spirit at MLC has moved me to want to have a stronger testimony of Joseph Smith. The way President Stoker talks about the Prophet makes me desire to have it. I want that. I want that kind of love for Joseph Smith. He told us all sorts of stories and experiences Joseph Smith had. He shared with us the historical history of our mission. The Spirit testified SO STRONGLY that this mission is sacred ground. The departing missionaries bore their testimonies - it was intense - then President had us read D&C 39. We talked about the promises the Lord made with James, then he had us turn the page. He gave us the correct date. We read it. The room was silent as we listened to one of the sisters try to read verse 2. It was a sad feeling realizing all that he could have had, then to just turn it away for the world.

That night I prayed that I might have a stronger testimony of Joseph Smith.

Later that week we had an incredible lesson on TEMPLES with the Segars family. Out of nowhere the JSM (Joseph Smith Memorial) came flying out of my mouth and soon enough we had a trip planned for a Monday road trip to Vermont.

While at the JSM I felt it. The Spirit washed over me like a massive wave as we drove up the maple tree lined driveway up to the memorial. We walked all over the grounds and had an incredible tour. I sat on the grounds and pondered about the place where I was, and the man that was here, and all he did. It is true. He is a prophet. My testimony grew immensely.

Saturday we knocked on Chris and Jess's door... we had talked to Chris earlier, but lost contact with them. Chris was pretty promising. His wife answered the door and she was JUST AS PROMISING IF NOT MORE! We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Last Sunday we had our first lesson with them. It was GREAT. We commit them to a church tour on Friday. On Friday we had one of our members come with us with her two boys, so Charlie (the 3 year old son) could have someone to play with. Chris and Jess are openly on this CRAZY SEARCH FOR HAPPINESS and a community of people. They are in their early 30's. They have attained all their life goals and are at a point where they don't know what to do next. We took Jess into the chapel (Chris had work). We talked for a long time, the Spirit was just working like crazy on her. She opened up and said "this is what we've been looking for!" She REALLY commit to read the Book of Mormon daily. We prayed together, we asked her to pray. She said a prayer for the first time in her life, she was so sincere. That moment is in my heart forever. She was talking with God. They came to church and had a GREAT time. The branch has been in this 40 day fast for two families to be taught the Gospel, so they all saw that it was an answer to their prayers and fasts.

The branch and us are working side by side. Our 40 day fast for two families came alive. Chris and Jess are going to be baptized.

After the JSM with Chuck Segars, he initiated a conversation about tithing with his wife. He stayed for all 3 hours of church for the first time. He is scared out of his pants, but is making changes so he can prepare to be baptized!

So in just two short weeks we have seen Sydney progress to baptism at such a rapid pace I can barely keep up. It is incredible what actually reading and praying does for people. She leaves for Fort Collins, Colorado in less than a week and has plans to attend institute their, be a big part of the singles ward, and be baptized in the river behind CSU. YEAH. So she was sitting in the hospital with a friend, pouring into the Book of Mormon, got up to go onto the elevator and saw no one other than THE PORTLAND ELDERS. She's seeing answers to her prayers everywhere she goes.

So back to Jess... She's been studying this lecture of a guy who compares happiness to a seed. When she read the Book of Mormon OF COURSE SHE BUMPED INTO ALMA 32. She was just in tears at all she had learned and couldn't wait to tell us.

So in our lesson with Elane she told us she was already baptized by the priesthood. Love that. So we commit her to a church tour tomorrow.

These past two weeks were like nothing else I have ever experienced on my mission.

I don't have time to give an overview of all that I learned in my studies, but it is comparable to the amazing weeks I've been having. It's that good as well. Holy smokes. I wish I could just dump it on all of you!!!

Book of Blessings

"Missions are incredibly hard but that is why one can own the virtues on has developed over the course of a mission. Because it is in this very setting that we can choose over and over again to become what we most love and want to be."
- Mom

BECOME. That's hopeful.

A little while ago I had this realization that the white handbook (Book of Blessings in our mission) is simply a guide to consecrating ourselves on our missions (we read 3 pages daily). I have grown to abide by the guidelines in it, and LOVE IT, because I see the happiness and peace is brings me when I do. It's as simple as that.
Some fruits of obedience:
- peace
- diligence
- prioritizing
- reliability
- trust
I've tried to set some rules for myself. I want to be more consecrated to the Lord. The Lord will allow His people to live the Law of Consecration whenever there is a people that are prepared for that. I feel missionaries can live it. President Stoker tells us all the time, "right now, you are living the Law of Consecration." As I've pondered that, the Spirit has told me what I can do to be best consecrated. It has to come from within. THIS is my desire, to consecrate myself. If I'm going to be ABLE to do it at any time in my life, now is that time. I must do it. A mission is the one time where you have one focus and purpose. I find that the best way I can be a missionary is to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ in every way that I can.

Moroni 8:25-26:
Each of these actions naturally leads to the next, and circles back around. It is the cycle of our lives.

Faith
-keeping the commandments
Repentance (remission of sins)
- meekness
- lowliness of heart
(here is where we make covenants)
Hold Ghost
- comfort
- hope
- perfect love (charity)
Endure to the End
- diligence unto prayer
DWELL WITH GOD

The Gospel of Jesus Christ was designed by God for us to find joy and return to Him.

When we have faith, we want to change, or repent. Repentance is returning to God. Religion (as Elder Neilson talked about) is to be TIED BACK TO GOD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ just makes so much SENSE! I love it!

So, Chuck! The only thing holding him back is tithing. You can't gain a testimony of something you aren't doing. We told him that. He fast yesterday about it. He knows it's true! He is going to rework some numbers to be able to do it. I know that as soon as he puts forth his faith he will receive answers to his questions and can progress.

Elane is gobbling up the Book of Mormon. She plowing through 1 Nephi! She's great! We saw her once. She loves it!!

SYDNEY! We finally had dinner with the Knighton's. We taught the SMR. We gave her the most spiritual church tour of my life. She was reading the AoF when the Spirit just slammed into the room like a semi truck coming through the wall! IT WAS CRAZY. We talked about the 2nd Article of Faith and it just made so much sense to her. Friday we taught her the first part of the Plan of Salvation. She didn't make it to church, which was disappointing, but next week she is bringing her mom. She goes home and shares everything with them and they love it! Unfortunately, Sydney is moving to FoCo, Colorado in three weeks to gain residency to go to CSU. I hope and pray the hand-off to those missionaries is good. She's loving every second of our lessons. I love her! She is 18, runs like a beast, has a religious background. Super cute girl.

Y'all don't know how lucky I am to be with Sister Westling! She makes me laugh ever second of the day. Her actions reflect her heart, and she has a pure heart. I am grateful for her constant support. I love the ability to trust her with the area and everything when I'm gone. I have definitely learned the value of a good companionship on my mission.

Tonight we go to MLC! We are doing the lunch time activity (for the record, I have never ever seen sisters plan this). We have a great leadership activity all about equality and how everyone is equal in the mission. Good ole King Benjamin taught this lesson so simply. Love it.

I am so grateful for this branch. I feel like missionary work is just FLYING. Our 40 day fast is almost full. It's a comforting feeling that for the next 36 days someone is always fasting for us and for their own work. It makes me work harder. We have so much support here. They are actually doing their Family Mission Plans we've planned with them. We planned with the Branch President to have the Stokers come and give a training similar to a 5th Sunday on the 24th. the youth are doing a Book of Mormon marathon this week, they are getting next BoM's to mark up and give to their friends! It is a great place to serve. I am grateful for the trust Heavenly Father has in all of us, working together for the salvation of His children.

Shells

We can be given everything we need (clothes, food, shelter, company) and still be completely miserable. The secret to happiness is work. It is better to act and fail, than not act and flounder. Fear, sorrow, and discouragement are swallowed and overcome when we work. In nature, if one doesn't work, or act, one dies. I believe the same to be with our souls. We must work, be diligent, act (not be acted upon) on the principles of the Gospel or our souls will starve. The sure way to fail is not to act, not to question, but to remain idle. Idleness will lead to regret, sleepless nights, loss of confidence. When we do the Lord's work, it is a sure way to guarantee that we will see the hand of the Lord. We must look sometimes, but it is there. If we only realized how His fingerprints are on the lands where we are, and on the hearts of the people around us, maybe it'd encourage us to work just a little harder.

In my experience on a mission, the reason why so many missionaries and people lack confidence is because they fail to recognize who they are working for and their true identity. WE ARE CHILDREN ON GOD, BORN TO VICTORY. BORN TO SUCCEED. We have incredible capabilities that no one has had in the history of mankind. We can work harder and more effectively for the Lord now than ever. Generations upon generations of people who succeeded time has lead to us being here NOW. Yet, there is so much further we can do. If you want to be happy, work. You will gain confidence as you act and use all that you can. The sure way to fail is not to act. My mom always had this quote on our fridge growing up: "what would you do if you knew you could not fail?"

We are so completely indebted to the Lord. I realized how incredibly merciful He can be this week. I make so many mistakes, yet He grants me so many blessings and opportunities to bless those around me. He sees me make these mistakes, and like a child learning how to walk, lifts me up and helps me learn His ways (for His thoughts are higher than ours, and His ways higher than our ways, like the Heavens are higher than the earth).

Is it no wonder that all have the instinct to call for help? It's because we are created to call for help from God. We reach out, and we need to reach up. We need to "pray to acquire abilities equal to our opportunities." I just know that I need to be praying more. The Lord's way is the most effective way to go about ANYTHING. I have learned that from trial and error, and continue to, yet He is so merciful and continues to reach out to me.

2 Nephi 31 was the highlight of Zone Conference. We had the largest zone conference, encompassing all the missionaries serving in Maine. We had a huge study together, reading every verse and picking it apart. Nephi starts teaching the Doctrine of Christ (notice it's not doctines, it's because there is one way - the strait and narrow way!) by teaching about baptism. President talked about how Nephi was taught from the Godhead, which is some vision if you ask me! He pointed out the unity of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. They testify of one another perfectly, and the importance of each witness. That really stuck out with me above all else.

We were tracting down this long street in the middle of no where when we met this lady named Elane. We taught the SMR (seven minute restoration). She told us that God sent us to her. She had heard the story of Joseph Smith and believes. She is going to read the Book of Mormon. We are visiting her this Wednesday. Oh what a neat woman! She makes maple syrup in the middle of the woods. SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!!

Tonight we have a dinner/lesson with one of the members friends Sidney, I believe I talked about her last week, but we are finally having the dinner. She's perfectly prepared and I CANNOT WAIT. How I love sharing this Gospel.

Chuck finally opened up about what's holding his from baptism. He's been coming to church every week since I've been here, and is praying diligently now. He reads ALL THE TIME. It's tithing. The Spirit will surpass his understanding as he acts on the principle. His heart is so soft so it's nice to be able to help him address this.

Sister Westling and I are perfect for each other. It is incredible how we balance each other out. I could go off about how wonderful she is for EVER. She helps me just keep breathing (sometimes I move too fast to breathe).

Note for the future: it hit me. I need to go into communications to give others a voice! Goals are great. We always need to set goals to help us live up to even a part of our full potential. Making goals for life post mission isn't bad, and I think I'm accepting that a little more. I made goals for my mission prior to being on a mission, I should do the same with an education.

CLAMS

New England - it's like stepping back in time 40-50 years. The people aren't progressive, they don't like change. They live off the land and are so content with what they have. They are honest. VERY HONEST, to themselves and others. They can talk for hours, days, weeks... I love it.

2 Nephi 21:1-3. I sat pondering these verses, striving to understand them on a deeper level. It opened up the avenue for the Spirit to teach me. I sat there and thought about Judgement. it hit me that I will never know gratitude until I stand before God, in all His glory, and receive mercy from the Savior. We are all pleading for that same mercy. We will have all knowledge (vs 9) of all our imperfections, and our strengths. With confidence we can trust that the Lord will fulfill His part in our covenants (we can trust because He is unchanging). I felt my faith build upon a stronger foundation. I am grateful. I will always be just that, grateful. I have such a long ways to go before I can better understand who He is. We learn line upon line in the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon gives us a deeper understanding of WHO CHRIST IS. Read, and listen to the Spirit as it describes Him. I am humbled that He would give His missionaries the Spirit of prophecy and of revelation if they pray, fast, and do their best. It is the testimony of Christ that we carry on our missions.

We received a phone call from Ava's dad Friday night. He's been doing "research" through the reformed mormon church. He's baffled that a religion that is up with the times would restrict the Priesthood from women. He said we weren't allowed to teach Ava, and that she can make the choice when she is 18. My heart sank. Anti makes you feel AWFUL (the Spirit doesn't bear witness that it's true). The Spirit left in our conversation. I handed over the phone to Sister Westling, fearing I would blow up without the Spirit. She testified to him and we got off the phone. We went over to Ali's and told her and Ava that she'd have to wait until she was 18. Tears poured down our faces as we were humbled that this isn't in our time, it's in the Lord's. Patience until we understand why we must have patience. Later that night Ava cried out her testimony with passion.

There is opposition in all things.

We had the BEST SERVICE opportunity I think I've had on my mission! Yarmouth holds an annual Clam Festival through the Chamber of Commerce. HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE travel from EVERYWHERE to come to this tiny, New England coastal town to feast on CLAMS. We called the Chamber of Commerce and asked if us and the elders could volunteer. We went on Friday and Saturday for 8 hours total (our service limit). We talked with a ton of people, they were comfortable asking us questions. A lot of the people knew the branch members, especially the youth. We were asked to be Ambassadors to the clam mascot and follow him around and get pictures with people. They called us into the office. The guy who was in charge (he SHOWED that he was bothered by our presence from the beginning) asked that we pocket those things (pointing to our name tags). Without hesitance I replied "no." He gave us this face, and I will never forget the face... How I wish I could be more like the Savior and hold meekness in the midst of trial. He said nothing, and thought nothing negative of the people crucifying Him. He understood them and who they were. He had such mercy on them. I learned in that moment to be more like the Savior. We walked away. I wish I could better describe the situation, there's just no way to!

Chuck is the typical New England farmer. He progressed pretty well about a year ago and has remained stagnant ever since my MTC companion left this area. This week he FINISHED THE BOOK OF MORMON AND CAME TO CHURCH WITH HIS FAMILY!!! His wife is a member, and his grandson was recently baptized, but quickly fell into less activity. We saw them all come to church. Chuck wants this, so badly. He has incredible faith and a testimony of the Book of Mormon. He is REPENTING. Naturally, the next step is baptism. He's praying for the first time on his own!

We have Zone Conference tomorrow. We are training on faith in finding, setting return appointments, and having 15 minute lessons frequently throughout the week (the secret to progressing investigators).

Most of our efforts are going to the branch members, and we have a bunch of miracles in the workings. They all share with us the people they are working with. The goal is to get them with us. It's working!!! The Knightons text us one morning inviting us over for dinner with their friend Sydney. She sounds just like Kaitana (from Hanover). She has a TON of deep, good questions. She is thirsting for the word of the Lord. I can't wait to teach her!! It just goes to show that respect comes before friendship, especially on the mission. You can be friends with the members, but they have to be able to trust you. You can't just hang out... doesn't work like that.

I feel so bountifully blessed, so happy, so incredible... SO TIRED. I am exhausted from the inside out. I didn't realize it could get worse, it never gets better. I have learned the art of power napping during lunch and dinner.

".... So you can with confidence expect that He has prepared opportunities for you to learn in preparation for the service you will give. But when you put the spiritual things first in your life, you will be blessed to feel directed toward certain learning, and you will be motivated to work harder.

... But I can promise you that if you will go to Him in prayer and ask what He would have you do next, promising that you will put His kingdom first, He will answer your prayer and He will keep His promise to add upon your head blessings, enough and to spare. Those apparent prison walls of "not enough time" will begin to recede, even are you are called to do more.

The real life we are preparing for is eternal life. All we can learn that is true while we are in this life will rise with us in the Resurrection. And all that we can learn will enhance our capacity to serve."

(don't know who said that, sorry)

"We become who we think we are."
